1.Vacuum layer destruction
The vacuum layer of the vacuum cup is to extract the air between the two layers of stainless steel to achieve a certain vacuum degree,thereby reducing the transfer of heat. If the vacuum layer breaks or leaks,the heat will be transferred quickly from the break or leak,resulting in the vacuum cup can not be insulatied.
2.Poor sealing
The seal of thermos cup is not good enough, causing air into the inside of the thermos cups , so that the heat transfer can’t be isolated,thus affecting the insulation effect. The screw buckle loosen, silicone seal aging or brokent are the common reasons.
3.There’s a foreign body in the interlayer of thermos cup
If there is a foreign body in the interlayer of thermos cup, such as sand or other particles,will affect the vacuum degree,thus affecting the insulation effect.
