Can you manufacture the attached stainless steel bottle that is SQUARE-ROUND?  

[Shelley:] Is it double wall vacuum insulated bottle? Do you have more details about this bottle? For example, bottle size, bottle volume and bottle lid shape. If you can show us the 3D file, that will be perfect.
2. What is the process for manufacturing this shape? 

[Shelley:] It’s similar to our round shape stainless steel bottle, from pipe cutting, water swelling, stretching, welding, electrolysis, vacuumization to coating. Generally speaking, our stainless steel vacuum bottle manufacturing process is listed as below guidance.

3. What is the timeline to create the bottle molds and samples? 

[Shelley:] Usually it takes about 30-45 days to finish the mold and finish the 1st time sample.
4. What is the ESTIMATE/APPROXIMATE cost to create the bottle molds and samples?

[Shelley:] That depends on your design. We need to check your product 3D file to confirm the mold cost. Mold cost range from 5,000-20,000usd or even more for body of bottle.
5. Would we the company own the bottle molds and bottle molds IP?

[Shelley:] Yes, sure. You pay the mold fee, the mold only belongs to you, we will not sell it to other clients.
6. In the future, will you be able to provide 2-3 client references/endorsements?

[Shelley:] Yes, sure.
7. In the future, will you be able to provide business licenses, certifications, etc. for our verification?

[Shelley:] Yes, sure.
8. In the future, will you be able to sign NNN, MOLDS, MANUFACTURING agreements?

[Shelley:] Yes, sure. We will sign the NNN with you before you send us the 3D file by .step format.

[Shelley:] Yes, our plastic parts molding is subcontracted.

2. What's the cost for the lid mold / manufacturing? Can we buy lids as well? Per unit cost? Do you have a lid catalog? 

[Shelley:] Up to now, we just saw a photo from you. If you use our current lid, there is no mold fee. If you need to design your own lid, then we have to open new mold for your lid. Without detailed information on lid, we are afraid that it's hard to give you mold cost and unit cost on lid. Usually, we don't sell lid separately. We mainly produce and sell stainless steel bottles. If you buy part of lids as accessories to make replacement, that is ok. Attached is our bottle E-catalog for your info. There are some lids for your reference, but please be noted each lid has its own bottle to match.

3. Can you give a smaller cost estimate for making the exact blue bottle (square-round) that you sent? 

[Shelley:] Accurate quotation need you to advise the logo design, packing way, coating way and other requirements if have.

4. Can you give a detailed timeline for manufacturing the exact blue bottle (square-round) that you sent? Including design for manufacturing, samples, pilot production, mass production. 

[Shelley:] If open new mold for your own design, the molding time is around 30-45 days, sampling time is around 7 days, pilot production time is around 7-10 days, mass production time is around 30-45 days if our factory production plan is not full.

5. How to manufacture it so the bottom of the bottle is removable? What's the process? 

[Shelley:] We are wondering why you hope the bottom is removable? Could you advise the purpose of it to help us understand your design better? Any special function for such design? Thank you.

6. Can you do a factory tour Friday Nov 10 at 9 am ET?

Regarding our current square bottle, the estimated unit price is about FOB Ningbo 4.50usd/pc based on current exchange rate for 3,000pcs/color, common color box packing, 1 color logo(size around 2*3cm), and 1 color spray painting. But this bottle we cannot sell it to you as it's our another client who pay the mold fee. The mold belongs to him, and we can only sell this bottle to that client. He is our old client. We cooperated for years.
