It was really a greatest moment to hear the news for the opening of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge announced by President Xi Jinping on 23rd, Oct. 2018. The bridge was officially opened to traffic on 9:00am on 24th, Oct. 2018.
As a Chinese citizen, I am so proud of such a biggest, hardest and greatest project in the world. It’s our nation’s honor.
After watching the video of chief engineer Linming, I am so moved by his dedication. It takes 9 years to finish such a greatest project and before it, it takes 6 years to design this bridge.
15 years is not a short time. He is a great man. Our nation needs such person. Thanks for our chief engineer Linming, thanks for all of the construction workers. Without their effort, we cannot see such an amazing bridge.
As an entrepreneur in stainless steel bottle manufacture, I am really proud to see our country becoming more and more powerful. Our country is a big family, we are members of it. It’s fortunate we are in a good time that our country can provide a strong support for us.
The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge moved me, and I have some more to say. These years, the international trading business is not so easy, and we do know it’s hard for our stainless steel bottle manufacturers who are in a biggest competition. But from the Belt and Road to this year’s trade war with US, we saw our country always trying its best to help us to overcome those difficulties.
The opening of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge will no doubt promote nation’s economic prosperity. I am so proud to be a Chinese. Sincerely wish our motherland peaceful, prosperous and progressive.
